Re-registration Overview

In order to maintain an active charter, all student organizations must participate in the annual re-registration process. This re-registration occurs each Spring semester between April and May. The process is administered through the Panther Involvement Network.

Steps to Re-register a student organization:

  1. Sign in on PIN
  2. Click the organizations
  3. Click on register an organization
  4. Search for the organization needing to be registered in the re-register existing box
  5. Click on the re-register button next to the organization name
  6. Complete and submit the form

Information collected in this re-registration includes:

  1. Updated advisor contact information
  2. Updated constitution/bylaws
  3. Updated membership roster
